He was predeceased by: his former wife Ann Cunningham Wright; his wife Betty Cunningham; his child Terry Cunningham; his parents, Doss and Mary Cunningham Sr. (Weaks); his sisters, Dee Turner and Virginia Labine; and his stepson Mark Willoughby.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Cunningham (Jacqueline Robertson) of Paducah, KY, Dana Charles (Greg) of Mayfield, KY and Kimberly Brinkley of Wingo, KY; his stepchildren, Terry Van Winkle (Mark) of Evansville, IN, Sherry Titzer (Alan) of Evansville, IN, Skeet Luther (Sharon) of Evansville, IN, Kimberly Marquez of Evansville, IN, Steve Willoughby (Debbie) of Kevil, KY and Jackie Lykins of Evansville, IN; his brother Roy Cunningham of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, Luke Barnes (Carmen) and Alexandra Gourieux (Drew); and his great grandchildren, Gwyn Gourieux, Leo Gourieux and Norah Barnes. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and several step great-grandchildren.
