He is survived by: his wife Betty Gardiner Via of Wingo; his son Greg Via (Teresa) of Wingo; his grandchildren, Michelle Foy (Justin), Chelsea Rae Via, Jennifer Conner (Jeremy) and David Via (Nisa); and his great grandchildren, Jake Foy and Jace Michael Conner.
