She is survived by: her son Hal Hastings (Karen) of Wingo, KY; her sisters, Clarice Barnes of Water Valley, KY, Rena Carr of Hickman, KY and Barbara Johnson of Fulton, KY; and her grandchildren, Chelsea Henley (Wes) of Mayfield, KY and Andrew Hastings of Water Valley, KY. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
