She was predeceased by: her brother David Wayne Lewis. She is survived by: her parents, Joe Len and Vivian Heathcott Lewis of Wingo; and her siblings, Laura Housman of Wingo, Jeff Lewis of Eureka Springs and Tim Lewis of Wingo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
