He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Norsworthy of Mayfield, KY and Zachary Vaughan (Hailey) of Fancy Farm, KY; and his siblings, Rita Vaughan Ray of Mayfield, KY, Philip Vaughan of Wingo, KY and Kristy Vaughan of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
