He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Horsley; his grandson Josef Harrison; and his grandmother Viola Blue. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Robertson Horsley of Wingo; his children, Curtis Horsley, Jr. (Billie), Edmund Cruse (Brandy) of Mayfield, Crystal Gourley (Jordan) of Hickory, Jessica Harrison (Chris) of Mayfield and Amanda Cruse of Mayfield; and his siblings, Jody Martin (Dennis) of Sioux City, Penny Parks of Mayfield, Belinda Counts (Duke) of Highland and Rob Conley of Ozark. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
