He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dean "Bill" Hicks and Beverly Anne Sutton Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Harrison Hicks of Wingo; his children, Ashley Nicole Hicks of Paducah, Frankie Lee Hicks of Martin and Justin Todd Norsworthy of Mayfield; his grandchild Morgan Todd Norsworthy of Wingo; and his siblings, Zadawn Hicks of Wingo, Billy Hicks of Wingo and Wesley "Bear" Hicks of Honolulu. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
