He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Ramsey and Josephine Lawrence Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Stephens Ramsey of Wingo; his sons, Robert Eddie Ramsey of Wingo and Larry Ramsey of Mayfield; his brothers, Kenneth Ramsey of Murray and James Donald Ramsey of Panama City, FL; and his grandchildren, Jodi Ramsey, Wendy Powell, Jr. (Jamey), Candy Dixon (Johnny), Christy Ramsey and April Ramsey. He is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
