He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch "Shorty" Pendergrast and Dorothy Walker; and his brother Harold Pendergrast. He is survived by: his children, Mendy Goss (Michael) of Hieskell, TN, Jerry Pendergrast (Katie) of Wingo, KY and Jeanie Stevenson of Benton, KY; and his sisters, Barbara Sue Hall of Mayfield, Bettie Pendergrast of Mayfield and Tammy Maines of Mayfield. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
