She was predeceased by: her parents, Duigiud Warren and Rebecca Kathleen Lockhart Warren. She is survived by: her sons, Mathew Phelps (Gabriela) of Robards and Andrew Phelps (Erin) of Mayfield, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Allie Phelps and Nathan Phelps.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Life Celebration Center of Filbeck-Cann (1003 Poplar St, Benton, KY 42025). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fooks Cemetery (1002 Mt Moriah Rd, Benton, KY 42025).
