She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Rowe; her parents, Floyd Franklin and Johnny Luna Franklin; and her son Dewayne Rowe. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Singleton (Larry) of Wingo, Tony Rowe (Karen) of Pilot Oak and Ricky Rowe (Nancy) of Harris Grove; her daughter-in-law Bobbi Rowe of Fulton; and her siblings, Evelyn Cox of Fulton, Barbara Rowe of Maynard, AR, Roy Franklin of Hickman, Lesley Franklin of Wingo, Troy Franklin of Water Valley and Terry Franklin of Wingo. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Mayfield (1223 W Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
