He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Forest and Mary Elizabeth Warmack Heath; and his sister Karen Alford. He is survived by: his children, James E. Heath of Newburgh, IN and Penny Todd; and his sister Sharon Robertson. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
