He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward Murphy and Vonna Armitage Murphy Audiss; and his stepfather Denny Audiss. He is survived by: his wife Kim Morgan Murphy of Wingo; his children, Sara Murphy of Wingo, Christopher Murphy of Wingo, Alex Koch of Mayfield and Kathleen Garland (Tyler) of Hazel; his granddaughter Katie Garland of Hazel; his stepmother Glenda Murphy of Murray; and his sister Kelly Scarbrough of Murray. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
