She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Baldock Luttrell and Oliver Taft Luttrell; her husband Hobert Eads; her children, Bobby, Roger Eads and Janice Pevely; her siblings, Redia Crew, Loretta Yancy, Lois Gore, Neal Luttrell and Dayton Luttrell; and her grandchildren, Randy Dick, Mitchel Eads, Stevie Pevely, Devin Pevely, Glenda Lane, Christy Pevely and Rodney Eads.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis West (Garlen) of Russell Springs, KY. and Jerry Eads of Windsor, KY.; her siblings, Rebia Brockman of Windsor, KY. and Shinnie Luttrell of Windsor, KY.; her grandchildren, Chris Dick, Kevin Pevely, Dustin Pevely, T. J. Tucker, Brenda Saylers, Bobbie Jo Saylers, Nellie Childress, Chris Green and Amanda Eads; and her close friends, Polly and John Rathbun Besides.
