He was predeceased by: his sister Michelle Jean Holt; and his grandparents, Willie and Daisy Holt. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Holt and Teresa Murphy Holt of Windsor; his sister Brittany Popplewell of Russell Springs; his grandparents, Hershel and Rosalee Murphy of Liberty; and his nieces and nephews, Chloe Popplewell, Hannah Malone, Bryson Holt, Brayden Popplewell and Ryder Popplewell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and additional family members.
