She was predeceased by: her husband Howard McIntosh; her parents, George Jungbert and Laura Jungbert; and her sister Diane Joy Whitlow. She is survived by: her daughters, Joy Samaras (Greg) of Hudson, FL and Jeannine Blakeman (David) of Louisville; her sister Bonnie Lee Crank (Carlysle) of Front Royal, VA; and her grandchildren, Bradley Samaras (Ashley), Ryan Blakeman (Anna), Makayla Samaras (Justin Thompson), Aaron Blakeman and Nolan Blakeman.
