He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Lawson and Pauline Price Lawson; and his siblings, Kathleen Clark, Burl Lawson, Anderson Lawson, Jr., Curtis Lawson, Henry Lawson and Shelby Lawson.
He is survived by: his sister Iola Andrew (Kermus) of Adair County. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
