He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Gosser Meeks of Russell Springs, KY; his daughter Sheila Luttrell of Windsor, KY.; his stepchildren, Tammy Egnew (Ricky) of Russell Springs, KY. and Alan Gosser (Mary Beth) of Russell Springs, KY.; his nephews, Billy Roy and Joe Emerson; his niece Rhonda Meeks; his granddaughter Cassie Gregory (Bryant); his great grandchildren, Lilly, Justin, Valerie and Easton Gregory; his stepgrandchildren, Laura Davidson (Jason), Lindsay Gibson (Taylor), Dustin Gosser and Jared Gosser (Jacklyn); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Connor, London Davidson, Scout and Boone Gibson.
