She was predeceased by: her husband James Newton Stamper; her son Ricky Gene Stamper; her brothers, James Ratliff, Garner Ratliff, Clayton Ratliff and Donald Ray Ratliff; and her parents, Clay Watson and Lettie Watson.
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Gay Hall (Larry); her sisters, Leona Stamper, Hazel Castle, Helen Day (Jeff) and Kathy Rupard; and her sister-in-law Pat Ratliff. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scobee Funeral Home (219 W Lexington Ave, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
