It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Ruth Rogers (Winchester, Kentucky), born in Tollesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Kilgore and Elizabeth Johns Kilgore. She is survived by: her husband Paul Rogers; her siblings, John Kilgore of Maysville, KY, Lynn Lunsford (Donnie) of Ohio, Henry Kilgore of Tollesboro, OH, Kathryn Elliott of Aberdeen, Ohio and Florence Kragler of Aberdeen, Ohio; and her close friends, Roy, Carla Whitehead, Kliff Whitehead, Gail Wells, Jennifer Williams, Ron, Dixie Frasure, Darlene and Donald Stump. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
