It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William V. Filter (Winchester, Kentucky), who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Filter and Sarah Ellen Fairchild Filter. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Konsella (Robert Fraichard), Jacqueline Meyer (Craig) and Terrence Filter; his grandchildren, Nichole Rasmussen (Drew), Casey Konsella, Benjamin and Carolyn Meyer; his great grandchildren, Mycah, Lucian Rasmussen and Elizabeth Hamilton; his stepgrandchildren, Robert Fraichard III and Jessica Barnett; his brother Robert Filter; and his brother-in-law Lee LeVier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
