He is survived by: his children, Doug Rupard (Vicki), Tim Rupard (Connie), Katrena DeVary (Ronnie), Renee Netherly (Pete) and Jill Isham (Alan); his grandchildren, Logan Rupard (Emily), Lance Rupard, Ashley Blanton (David), Miranda Harrison (Wes), Bridget DeVary, Brittany Brown (Dustin), Andrew Donaldson (Rebecca), Jared Donaldson (Nicole), Noah Isham, Courtney Isham, Mathew Isham, Shawn Netherly (Leslie) and Samantha Ratliff (Bryce); and his sisters, Beulah Martin and Helen Hamilton. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
