He was predeceased by: his father William Edward Burgess; his grandparents, Russel Patrick, Edwin and Sally Burgess; his uncle Roger Burgess; and his pet Lucy.
He is survived by: his mother Sue Patrick Burgess House; his grandmother Tressie Patrick; his aunts and uncles, Lee Willoughby, Kathy Burton (David), Susie Mauphin, Tommy Patrick (Traci), Rusty Patrick (Dana), Gary Patrick, Tony Burgess and Robert Burgess; and his stepfather Dee House. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
