We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2021, at the age of 48, William Jack Phelps (Winchester, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn Sue and Eddie Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Tracie; his children, Denise Lindquist (Tim), Tori Hall (Daniel) and Ryan; his stepsons, Timmy and Tommy Morrow; his grandchildren, Adrien Hall and Corbin Phelps; his brothers, Russell Phelps (Melissa) and Jason Phelps (Sara); his father-in-law Earl Bacon; his grandfather-in-law Frances Hughart; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Kaiser, Russell Phelps (Bri), Brittany Phelps, Anthony, Frank Workman, Nick, Nathan and Mason Roesch. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles & cousins.
