He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Warren Depue and LaVerne Crawford Livingston; his stepmother Dixie Depue; his son Bill Ball; his grandson Zach Prall; and his brother Chip Depue.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Depue; his children, Eddie Martin of Lexington and Lisa Depue Smith (David) of Pataskala, Ohio; and his siblings, Robert Livingston of Texas, Peggy Ray of Texas and Mary Depue of Winchester. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; one great grandchild.
