He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Austelle "John" and Geneva Pilinton Terry; and his brother Rodney M. Terry. He is survived by: his wife Judy Quinn Terry; his daughter Lisa Terry Earlywine (Brian); his grandson Coleman P. Earlywine; and his sister Billie Lindsey. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
