He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mullins Ramsey; his children, Valerie Gross (Robert), Brian Ramsey and Karen Ramsey (Randy); his stepchildren, Patricia Powell and Ricky Powell (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Shannon Gilvin (Wendy), Jeremy Gross (Melanie), Daniel Banks, Christopher Banks, Zack Banks, Kodi Caudill, Josh Powell, Katie Powell and Michael Collins; his great grandchild Allen Powell; his sisters, Carolyn Whiseman and Jean Kreitzer; his granddaughter Ashley Powell; and his brothers, Layton, Phillip, Linville, Jay, Kenneth, Ralph and Paul Ramsey. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
