He is survived by: his wife Sharon Morton Neal of Winchester, KY; his children, Anthony Neal (Dianna) of Winchester, Jeff Neal (Mary) of Winchester and Deborah Watson of Winchester; his siblings, David Neal (Kathy), Linda Estep (Willard) and Betty Pelfrey (Howard); his sister-in-law Faye Garrett of Stanton; his grandchildren, Kagan Watson, McKaley Watson, Alex Neal (Samantha), Justin Neal and Jessica Neal; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Watson, Alyse Neal and Bowen Neal.
