She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Luther Witt; her parents, Henry Puckett and Lula Ballard Puckett; and her siblings, Wayne Puckett, Albert Puckett and Ada Puckett Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Witt Waltermire of Clark County and Gary Witt (Rhonda) of Jeffersonville; her grandchildren, Baesha Bridges (Zach), Makenzie Kinder (Ian) and Logan Witt; her great grandchildren, Weston Bridges and Sawyer Bridges; her siblings, Ray "Kenny" Puckett (Carol), Gilbert Puckett (Susie), David Puckett (Bobbi) and Margaret Louise Shouse (Tony); and her sister-in-law Barbara Witt Crump (Aubrey). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
