He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodford Smith and Eva Sparks Smith. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Vanmeter (Sam) and Keith Smith (Evangeline); his grandchildren, Scott Smith (Critley), Sydney Smith and Tony Ritchie; his great grandchild Beatrix Rose King Smith; and his sisters, Fran Puckett (Wayne) and Wanda Puckett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
