He was predeceased by: his mother Penny Woosley Barker. He is survived by: his wife Betty Rader Barker; his father Marion Barker; his children, Skylar, Hayden, Jorden Barker, David and Jasmin Heard; his siblings, Jennifer Cornwell, Frances Barker and Joseph Barker (Joy); his stepmother Ida Barker; and his stepsisters, Amy, Chasity Reffitt and Anna Lawson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
