It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Shipley (Winchester, Kentucky), who passed away on September 23, 2019, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shipley and Patricia Shipley. He is also survived by his wife, four step children, three brothers, one sister, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
