He was predeceased by: his son David Wayne Thomas. He is survived by: his spouse Thelma Clarine Sorrell Thomas; his sons, Adrian Lee and Brian Wade Thomas; his grandchildren, Jarran Wade Thomas, Jeneca Thomas and Tiffany Roundtree; and his brothers, Jimmy Thomas and Mike Thomas.
