It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Osiborski Kelley (Winchester, Kentucky), born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on May 11, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Osiborski and Betty Osiborski; and his brother Tony Osiborski. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kelley; his siblings, Tom Osiborski, JoAnn Edley, Dan Meaders and Dennis Meaders; his children, Cory Osiborski, Tim Osiborski, Jr. and Brandy Kirby; his stepchildren, Eric Bassham, Jeremey Osiborski, Benjamin Brown, Roxanne Kelly, Jacob Wilson and Phillip Wilson; and his grandchild Jazmyn Bassham. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
