She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Fraley and Betty Fraley; her husband John Townsend; her daughters, Nora Tibbs and Thelma Jean Meadows; and her brothers, Freddie and Gene Fraley.
She is survived by: her children, John Townsend Jr. (Tina) of Winchester and Carolyn Veger (John) of Missouri; and her siblings, Eddie Fraley, Bill Fraley, Steve Fraley, Ricky Fraley, Jimmy Fraley, Donnie Fraley, Goldie Berger, Ann Sorrell, Rita Miller, Sue Hisle and Wanda Baly. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren.
