It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Regina Buckner of Winchester, Kentucky, born in Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville W. Fultz and Mary Elizabeth Cundiff Fultz of Morehead; her husband Clyde M. Buckner; her children, Rhonda Gail Buckner Holbrook and Lanny Buckner; and her siblings, Orville W. Fultz, Jr., Elijah Monroe Fultz, Hubert T. "Tommy" Fultz, Mary Evelyn Fultz Jones, Loretta Elise Hamilton, Edna Cummings, Myrtle Chesshire, Betty Lipps and Patricia Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Edmund Karl Buckner of Winchester, Claire Susan Schaaf of Flint and Anita Buckner Owens of Winchester; her brother Kenneth Ray Fultz of Mansfield, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Brandon Keith Holbrook, Brandi Owens, Mareena Owens, Tiffany Mullins, Jason Buckner, Angie Ready, Lanny Buckner, Jr., Randy Schaaf and Tara Harrington. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
