She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stamper and Ruby Richardson Stamper; her sister Charolette Balderas; her stepfather Leo P. Wilbert; and her grandson Emmitt Poe.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Hisle (Bobby), Charles Poe (Kendra), Craig Poe (Andrea) and Tracy Poe; and her siblings, Shirley Welch, Jackie Stamper and Glenn Rogers. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
