He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Teresa Smith Barker; his parents, Barbara Musser Barker and Teddy Barker Jr.; his children, Lesley Barker Whitt (Ray) of Greenup, KY, Leigh Anne Barker Karnes (Kevin) of Winchester, KY, Lindley Barker (Laken Neal) of Winchester, KY., Trey Barker (Krista Sexton) of Winchester, KY. and Seth Barker (Victoria Mohr) of Winchester, KY.; his siblings, Teresa "Teri" McKinney (Tom) of North Wood, OH, Belinda "Jeannie" Wittich (Matthew) of Lexington, KY. and Randy Barker (Tania) of Lexington, KY.; his sister-in-law Regina Barker of Lexington, KY.; his grandchildren, Gavin Whitt, Chloe Karnes, Noah Karnes, Sean Karnes and Kelsey Karnes; and his brother Jack Barker.
