She was predeceased by: her husband John Scott; and her parents, Everett Howard and Edith Ray Howard. She is survived by: her children, Karen Evans (Frederick) and John Scott (Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Tommy Evans (Michelle), Kate Evans, Sylvia Scott and Wesley Scott. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
