She is survived by: her husband Mitchell Donald Smith, Jr.; her son Brandon Tyler Smith (Mikayla); her grandchildren, Andrew and Ella Smith; her siblings, Larry Fields (Lisa), Danny Fields (Sharon) and Renee Moberly (Glenn); her niece Jessica Fields; and her nephew Dakota Moberly. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
