She was predeceased by: her husband Ronnie E. Combs; and her parents, Penny "Pen" Halbert and Bessie Stumbo. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie E. Combs Jr. (Rebecca), Kendall Brian Combs West (Robyn) and Ronda K. Combs of Winchester, KY; and her grandsons, Brock Grayson Horne and Brody Garrett Horne.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (331 KY-122, Martin, KY 41649). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
