She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. Smith and Ilena Walters Smith. She is survived by: her children, Leigh Puckett Botner, Lynn Puckett LaVergne (Rodney), Laura Puckett Atkinson (John) and Stephen D. Puckett; her grandchildren, Sarah Botner, Joshua Botner, Christopher LaVergne (Angelle), Scott LaVergne (Miranda), Joshua LaVergne (Lizzie), Logan Atkinson, Abigail Atkinson, Heather Puckett, Brooklyn Puckett, Tyler Puckett and Gavin Puckett; her great grandchildren, Savanna Dunn, Gabi LaVergne, Austin LaVergne, Bryson LaVergne, Myles LaVergne and Gracelynn Ferguson; and her siblings-in-law, Sydney Puckett, Beverly Smith and Mike Puckett (Jody). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
