She is survived by: her children, Paula Adelfio, Jonathan Snowden (Michelle) and Patrick Collis (Sandee); her grandchildren, Brittany, Zachary, Lauren, Alli, Tyler and Mackenzie; her great grandchildren, Piper, Kyler and Michael Ray II; and her brother James M. Childers (Mary Lou).
