Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Providence Pentecostal Church (7076 Old Boonesboro Rd, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at the same location.
