Royetta Stamper Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Royetta Stamper of Winchester, Kentucky, who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad A. Rowland and Wilma Henry Rowland; her granddaughter Faith Knox Stamper; her brother-in-law Alan Salyer; and her nephew Alan Reed Salyer.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Stamper; her son Charles Fremon Stamper; her siblings, Theresa Salyer and Dean Rowland (Pam); and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Hollan (Bill), Blanche Arnold, Delois Noe, Marvin Stamper and Charles Stamper (Lucy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
Her wish came true but unfortunately the tournament was cancelled due to the pandemic.
