He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Mills and Marthy Mills of Barbourville, KY.; his wives, Mary Patrick Mills and Carrie Mills; his daughters, Virgie Curtis and Wanda White; and his grandson Ronnie W. Jones.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Susann Curtis Hardin (Doug), Tammy Curtis Marsh (Rick) of Georgetown, KY., Harold G. Jones II (Stephanie) of Winchester, KY., Kaitlyn Marsh, Lauren Jones, Kyle Keefe, Nathan Keefe, Paxten Shell and Taytum Hardin.
