He was predeceased by: his parents, Ell McIntosh and Edna Couch McIntosh. He is survived by: his children, Tina Ward (Jamie) of Beattyville, Kentucky and Roy Edward McIntosh (Ryan Faulkner) of Booneville, Kentucky; and his grandsons, Jacob Scott Ward of Manchester, Devin Lee Taulbee of Clay City and Shane Taulbee of Elsmere, Kentucky. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newnam Funeral Home Chapel (108 Center St, Beattyville, KY 41311). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
