It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Lee Newman (Winchester, Kentucky), who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Lee and Nancy Mable Tribble Kelley; and her sisters, Mable Jane Caudill, Patsy Riddle and Nancy Conner.
She is survived by: her spouse Hendrix Darrell Newman; her daughter Linda Arnold-Phillips (Steve); her stepdaughter Dottie Newman; her grandchildren, Alexis Saylor, Arianna Spencer and Austin Phillips; and her sisters, Beverly Kelley and Mamie Angel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
