He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith R. Smith and Opha J. Smith; and his sister Viola Smith (Karen Clayton). He is survived by: his children, John Smith, Jennifer Smith, Lisa Smith, Joseph Smith and Heaven Lea Lara; his siblings, Keith E. Smith, Walter L. Smith, Daniel A. Smith, Timothy E. Smith, Regina J. Smith and Trudy A. Jennings; and his grandchildren, Jaydon Leake, Cooper Leake, Amiry Arvin, Brandon Smith, Jordan Smith, Angel Smith and Amia Lara.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Minish Cemetery.
