He is survived by: his children, Pam Thorstad (Glen) of Lexington, Mark Miller of Winchester and Mike Miller (Geri) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Amber Hall, Luke Miller (Cody Miller) and McKinley Miller (Brice Miller) of Winchester. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
